Resolution to Abolish Abortion for the Republican Party of Texas

At least 20,000 babies are still legally aborted on Texas soil each year.

It's time to abolish abortion in Texas.

BE IT RESOLVED that we urge the Texas legislature to enact legislation to abolish abortion by immediately securing the right to life and equal protection of the laws to all preborn children from the moment of fertilization, and to oppose legislation that discriminates against any preborn children and violates the U.S. Constitution by denying such persons the equal protection of the laws.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all language promoting regulating abortion like healthcare instead of criminalizing it as homicide should be removed from the Republican Party of Texas Platform.
