Provide equal protection to ALL babies in Texas!
WHEREAS over 19,000 preborn babies are being killed annually by abortion on Texas soil because a MASSIVE legal loophole allows using pills to do a self-managed abortion at home up until the moment of birth; and

WHEREAS women remain unprotected from being pressured to abort because Texas law does not treat abortion as homicide; and

WHEREAS Texas Republican principles state, “We believe in the sanctity of innocent human life, created in the image of God, which should be equally protected from fertilization to natural death;” and

WHEREAS Jesus says to love our neighbor as ourselves; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Constitution says, “No State shall deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws;” now, therefore...
