Resolution to Abolish Abortion for the Republican Party of Texas

It's time to abolish abortion in Texas.

BE IT RESOLVED that we urge the Texas legislature to enact legislation to abolish abortion by immediately securing the right to life and equal protection of the laws to all preborn children from the moment of fertilization, and to oppose legislation that discriminates against any preborn children and violates the U.S. Constitution by denying such persons the equal protection of the laws.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all language promoting regulating abortion like healthcare instead of abolishing it as homicide should be removed from the Republican Party of Texas Platform.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we urge the adoption of this resolution as a Platform Plank and as a Legislative Priority by the delegates to the 2022 Republican Party of Texas state convention.
